I ordered a bike and was given a 10 business day delivery estimate. A month went by without updates. When i called customer service, they were incredibly helpful but they informed me that the bike i ordered wasnt released yet. Apparently they were only taking pre-order. I would never have picked it if that had been disclosed before checkout. Customer service offered to swap my order with a similar model. It wasnt exactly what I needed but the delivery was almost immediate! very grateful that they were so helpful and that they even called me back when my call dropped so i didnt need to spend another hour on hold. The bike arrived in flawless condition except for one screw, which was completely stripped and could not be removed to install the front wheel guard. I have no idea how to get the part installed since theres no way to access it...

I ordered the XP4 750 Step-Thru in late June. As I unpacked the bike I immediately noticed that the collapsible bike wouldn’t lock into place when unfolded. I called customer service and was advised to send the bike back and a new would be sent immediately. It arrived about 10 days later. I was relieved when the bike latched properly, but when I removed the battery, charged it, and tried to set it into the battery canister, once again, the bike wouldn’t close. So I called again and tech literally offered a full refund. All I had to do was shop the bike back. I asked if the bike would latch if I tipped the bike upside down. He said yes, and he was correct. I decided to keep the bike, but I’m not strong enough to hold the bike upside down and latch it closed. This is no longer a portable bike for me. You have a serious design problem where the battery doesn’t fit snuggly into the canister. The shim stickers, intended to push the battery up in the canister, rub off after one use. This model should not be sold until this design flaw is resolved

Great bike received in early June. I have put 700 miles on it not bad for a handicapped 79 1/2 year old. Love the added power on the high hills I think every active senior should have an XP 4 step through. Really excellent bike worth every dollar. THANKS Michael

I found the tryke was in excellent shape on delivery. A little confused on putting together, but all is well. It’s put together and then I rode it. I truly love it. My friend wanted me to buy one last year and i thought I wouldn’t like it. Well my goodness I LOVE IT.

I didn't see anywhere when I was ordering. And I would have to put the bike together. I'm not, I quipped to do that. Number two in all the videos that I saw the handles or attached to the bike frame. In my box, the handles were not attached to the frame, and the paint was great on the bottom of the handles. I paid $1800 to put. I bite together that I can't. And is sitting in my living room, unassembled, I never would have bought it if I knew it had to be put together

We love our Lectric eBikes. These are the 4th and 5th bikes we have purchased in about 3 or 4 years. With that said, I am disappointed that the bikes came with scratches, the boxed were damaged, and one of our batteries last less than the advertised 80 miles. One of the batteries lasts only 30 miles which is less than the battery we had on our old bikes. We specifically purchased these bikes because of the extended battery and we are not getting it with one of them. In addition, the speed is not staying consistent with the PA like our old bikes did. Finally, a few days before and after our purchase the price was $100 less. That too is disappointing.

AT 76 and after riding recumbent bikes for a long time, I'm still getting used to the heaviness of the bike. I wish it was lighter. I'm also getting used to the position of my arms on the handle bar. The more I ride the better it gets. I don't know how to explain it but the bike is very comfortable to ride.

Selection and order process was very straightforward and simple. Timelines for delivery were spot on. The reason for the four star review instead of five is because one of the two bikes that we ordered had cosmetic damage on the frame and the front brake caliper was way out of adjustment. This resulted in the front disc brake rotor rubbing excessively on the caliper. Both of these issues were from the factory in my opinion, as there was no indication of it happening during shipping in the box. I advised Lectric and they reacted instantly by sending touchup paint and offered warranty locally to have the front brake repaired. Outstanding Customer Support! I was able to repair the brake myself and did not take advantage of the offer of warranty repair. Both of our bikes perform above average and we are enjoying them. I would definitely recommend Lectric products to anyone interested in a quality E bike.

This is by far the Greatest American Company I have ever had the privilege to work with. If I had a problem they were quick to respond and didn’t have to wait forever to talk to a live person. They help me with any issues I had with my e-bike and they sent me the replacement part or parts to fix my bike in a timely manner at no cost to me. They have the Best customer service of anyone I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend if anyone is in the market for a E-Bike I recommend they try Lectric and you won’t be disappointed. If I could give them 10 stars instead of 5 stars I would. I currently own 3 Lectric E-Bikes and I plan to keep upgrading them.

My first e-bike, so not much experience to be analytical. However the bike was delivered as promised. Easy assembly, well built, and simple operation. Would have liked some instructions on derailleur adjustment in the download owners manual. Overall, very satisfied and enjoying the ride!
