The XP4 750w bike is a great ride. It's well built. Unfortunately, the bike was slightly damaged during shipping. I received a free replacement part from Lectric and set up the warranty repair with one of their authorized repair shops. I delivered the bike to them on Monday 7/27. The repair date was promised for yesterday 7/30 and the bike still has not been looked at by the technician. I estimated the average repair time to be on more than half an hour since the damage was only superficial and didn't requite any major work, but a simple fork replacement. What's going on Lectric with your authorized repair stores?

I took over a year researching electric trikes. I purchased property in a small town and have been putting together a tiny cabin on the property. Now that I'm living in my cabin I took the plunge and purchased my trike from Lectricbikes. I LOVE MY TRIKE! I can toodle to the square for coffee and breakfast, ride up to the post office or library, and one day I'll take it to the grocery store (it's in town, but on a more main drag, I haven't got that much experience yet to feel confident enough). With the price of gas this is awesome! I am so thankful I picked Lectricbikes. It came almost all put together. It took me about an hour or so to get it up and running after inbox it... I'm not mechanically inclined, so that wasn't even necessary! Delivery was included in the price and I received it in about a week. If you are on the fence about purchasing an electric trike, don't hesitate. The learning curve was easy, even for a senior citizen like me.

I submitted comments addressing my e trike 750; however, what i failed to mention which is very important is the training videos. each is phenomenal. I am NOT exaggerating. The videos provide excellent preparation to use and enjoy your e bike journey. i studied the videos for 2 weeks. before i began my usage. why? at 76 i had ridden a bike in more than 50 years and believe me bikes have been upgraded. i took my time to fully understand every aspect of my lectric trike. so when i took my 1st ride i went to nearest school parking lot and for me this was a GREAT decision. i must say THANK YOU lectric service team. your videos break down each aspect of this trike building my knowledge base and love relationship with my e trike. I STRONGLY recommend reviewing the videos. if not all at least interests of your choice. YOU will not be disappointed. BE SAFE AND HAVE FUN!!!

Drove from Vegas to Phoenix to test…
Drove from Vegas to Phoenix to test ride before buying. XP4 step through was exactly what I hoped. Paid for the bike while there, and went to our hotel, to continue our short vacation weekend (2!more days). The next day, FEDEX emailed me that bike would be delivered the next day! Great service and fast receipt! Bike arrived in perfect shape. THANKS!

My original phone order went smoothly. Unfortunately the two bikes were back ordered and it looked like they wouldn’t arrive until mid-September. When I was looking at the bikes it said shipping end of July. When I ordered them it said mid-August, then within a week of ordering it changed to August 31. Then 10-15 day shipping. I would be losing a large chunk of summer in the northeast. I opted to cancel my order and bought a different brand locally. One star for availability. That being said, Customer service was awesome! They were Very responsive and took very good care of me with the cancellation and the refund came through to my card within a few days. Five stars for customer service!

Exceptional service and high quality product
I'm delighted with my experiences with Lectric products and service. They have a loyal customer.
I purchased of Lectric Xpress 1 for father's day. The bike came almost completely pre-assembled. The power delivery and overall ride is very smooth and comfortable. It has inspired me to get out and ride again. I've put 250miles on it in just a few months.
Even more is the exceptional service I have received! Each of the few times I have contacted them have resolved with me being very happy. It is refreshing to know a company still operates in such a way.

The purchase experience was easy using the website.
FedEx came to my door before bringing the bike box to ask where I'd like it delivered which was great since I definitely preferred that it be delivered into my garage.
The assembly was almost tool free. I just ignored the use of a recquired torque wrench.
The first rides have been wonderful. The trike is better in every way than I expected!

The XP4 750 has exceeded our expectations! The bikes came very well packed and set up was easy. They ride very smooth, easy to shift gears, plenty of power and we're having a blast. A special shout out to the Lectric Customer Service Team! Fantastic service. In short, FedEx lost our first order of bikes and were never delivered. Lectric Customer Service promptly shipped the replacements to ensure we got our order. Thank you Lectric Team for a great product and great service! Highly recommend! (Although I would recommend changing shipping companies!)
