website was informative, plenty of YouTube videos on these XP4 750 ebikes. We felt like we knew them pretty well when they arrived. Everything arrived in good shape, absolutely no damage. They are a real joy for a couple old retirees to ride. Thanks for a quality product.

When I first ordered this bike
When I first ordered this bike, it was reported as ready to ship and then a few hours later canceled. A rep told me a new label was made, and it would be ready soon. I received a package with extras I ordered and no bike or ship notification. I waited for the 10 days and then called. I had to ask for a manager. No label had been made; she had to order the bike as a warranty to get it expedited. Still waiting, although I see it in transit. Frankly, as someone who has worked in Customer Service, you need to do better. Maybe a person assigned to orders to make sure they happen and if not make sure a customer knows why. The little video on shipping has no real information. You give yourself up to 10 days to ship, I should not have to call to see why it's not happening.

My wife and I bought 2 XR 750s and everything was great. Unfortunately when we got them and set them up 1 didn’t work. An issue with the throttle. You sent me some new wires but it was a real pain to have to try and fix your brand new bike that you just received.

Trike 2 came
Trike 2 came. Worked for 3 miles. Lectric sent a new motor to their suggested bike repair in Buffalo, NY. Took them approx. a week to repair. Shop charged me an additional $43 for caliber adjustment; did it need it? Trike is great. Own two in fl., this is my 3rd. New one has turn signals, front wheel shock absorbers. Both nice additions. Very good company.

All was good except shipping box that the bike came in was beat up when it arrived. Needed to replace rear fender and seat post was broken. Customer service was excellent and took care of these two problems immediately. Great bike and would recommend this company and bike to any one looking for a reasonably priced unit,

My husband researched the Ebikes on line and decided to order from Lectric Bikes. The bikes were shipped quickly and were fairly easy to assemble. Within a week we decided to order another one! So far everything is great...hopefully there will be no issues with the bikes in the future.
