the bike is great

the bike is great. i am not super impressed with some of the attachments however. the tiny printed use instructions were minimal at best. the lock provided no install diagram so that was confusing. the rear view mirror install instructions included a couple of pieces that were not referenced so i had no idea what they were for, and the pieces did not fit properly. in my mind the issue is the use of cheap made in Chinatown parts. the bike itself is very well made, easy to use, and a lot of fun.

Excellent bike. So good I bought three of the XP4-750’s. 2-green and 1-gray. I absolutely love the bikes. I did my homework before buying the first one and they hold up to the five star reviews. Fast shipping.

As Good As It Gets!!

From the time that I received the bike, I knew that it was going to be a top-notch item. I had previously watched videos on how to assemble the bike before it came in which helped and saved me a lot of time. It was very easy to assemble and just took some common sense. Once it was all done and the instructions were read (scanned the QR code included for the owners manual), I was off and running. The power in this e-bike was like no other. I have the XP4 and it has like 5 different modes that you can set it to. I started off with the "turbo" mode and was not expecting it took take off like it did while just pedaling it. WOW! I was just blown away and very impressed. This is my first e-bike and I'm not too familiar with them but I'm going to say that the XP4 is as good as it gets. Thank you Lectric eBikes for a great product and keep up the great work!

Really like my lectric bikes. This is my second one! The box should include instructions especially for the fenders/light that were sent separate! Like I said I love the bike, but I did request a cancellation an hour after placing the order to order the xp4 instead but no one responded so I’m giving 4 stars!

Great trike with one glitch

The trike took longer than I expected for delivery. I love the look and color, and the optional accessories I purchased, mirrors and phone holder, are good additions. I friend assembled it with a bit of struggle. The major problem was one rear wheel was seriously out of balance and wobbled visibly on my first ride. I will have to take it to a bike shop to have it disassembled and the spokes on the wobbly tire adjusted.

Roughly $1,300 with the discount and tax, and honestly, the value is there. What Lectric gets right, and I don't say this lightly: the bike is sturdy, modular, and refreshingly un-greedy. Standard screws. Standard seat post. No proprietary weirdness engineered to funnel you into their accessory store. In 2026 that shouldn't feel remarkable, but it does. It's US-assembled, it feels solid under you, and customer service actually answered like humans. Assembly was easy if your hands grow from the right place. It still took me two days - but I wasn't rushing, and I had a 4-year-old "helper," which is roughly a 3x time multiplier. They also have tons of videos to help people who never held screwdriver in their life. Real battery numbers, since nobody posts these for big riders: I'm a GIANT 330 lb man (the bike is rated to 350, which was a big reason I picked it, despite the wheels looking adorably tiny next to me). Riding in ECO on the lower settings, chilling around cardio zone 2 border, 6 km (~4 miles) takes me about 20 minutes - mostly my own legs, because otherwise what's the point, with the throttle helping on hills and on restarts from traffic lights and stop signs (which, yes, apply to cyclists too). That trip costs me 10-20% of the battery. So call it roughly 45 km (28 miles) per charge at my weight, riding this way. Not a problem for me at all, but if you're a heavy rider doing the math before you buy: the range is real, and it holds up. Now the part that costs them a star. Lectric pushes the "NO WATER WARRANTY, NOT A SINGLE DROP, WE FIX NOTHING" policy so aggressively that it rewired my brain - even though the same bike is also sold as "heavy splash resistant". Mine lives in a partially covered spot: first floor, under a balcony, tucked in a corner with three walls around it. It has never even seen a winter, since I got it this spring. And still I got anxious enough to buy a winter-grade weather cover, so now every ride costs me 15 minutes of unwrapping and wrapping it back up. That's not a warranty problem. That's a mental accessibility problem. When "you've been sitting at your desk for 8 hours straight, go ride right now, at lunch" turns into a 15-minute logistics negotiation, maybe 3 out of 10 spontaneous rides just... don't happen. The whole job of an e-bike is to be easier than not riding - to remove the "do I have enough legs to get all the way back, or will I be stranded and late for my Zoom meetings" dilemma. Lectric's messaging quietly taxes that, and for me the tax is heavy - even with all the childlike delight I still get from this thing three months in. Small note on the free accessories: the bundled rack is weight-limited enough that I can't use it, and the included lock reads more as a polite suggestion than a deterrent. I spent $90 on a 10 lb Kryptonite 1016 chain. On a $1,300 bike that's fair - and the frame has a nice loop for it. One design wish: the display connects through two fairly fragile-looking wires and ports instead of a proper rear connector, so I can't just pop the screen off and take it with me, the way our ancestors carried their car stereos back when dinosaurs still roamed the earth. If anyone ever decides to mess with the bike, that's the first thing to walk away with - and something tells me replacing it costs about a third of the bike. Haven't checked, and I'd rather not find out. Would I buy it again? Yes. Would I love a straight answer on what "water resistant" actually means in practice - something like "don't leave it out for a month, but two days of rain is fine"? Also yes.

Good value, strong performance, and a great ride on vacation

I had a good experience buying my Lectric XPeak 2.0 overall, though it arrived a day later than expected. The ordering process was easy, and the bike came well packaged. I got it just in time to take on vacation (would have liked it earlier to learn the bike), where I rode it for the first time and was very satisfied with its performance, especially up steep grades. That said, some of the components feel more budget friendly than premium, and buyers should expect a few trade-offs in areas like finishing details and overall component quality. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend Lectric to anyone looking for an affordable e-bike with solid performance.

Easy to understand website and purchasing (from the customer perspective to buy not from the company's perspective to sell). Fast shipping. High quality products. Real and honest assessment of your products (no hype marketing). Good pricing for the market with some add-ons as incentives. Also, appears to me a leader in the market which means for me, I will be able to obtain batteries and use the ebike for a long-time.

The purchase process four our XP 4 was very easy, the shipment came in 2 deliveries within a couple weeks of order. All parts were included and packaged well preventing any scratches. My wife loves her new bike finds it to be much more comfortable than her prio electric bike

I paid for the bike and it was on…

I paid for the bike and it was on backorder for over a month before it was delivered and now it’s been delivered and I brought it to a bike shop that is certified as being accepted by your company and the bike came damaged and now I’ve gotta wait to have them connect with you to ship the piece that was damaged.

Excellent customer support

I ordered 2 bikes. Unfortunately, this first to arrive had an issue. Lectric customer service ordered us a new bike right away. They communicated very well and tried very hard to fix the issue. I definitely would, and have, recommend Lectric.

I’ve always wanted an electric trike

I’ve always wanted an electric trike, I finally decided to order one. When it finally arrived, the front tire wouldn’t hold air. I called Lectric Bikes and they overnighted a new tube and tire, put it on and went for my first ride, now I love my new Lectric Trike. My husband and I are sharing, I am definitely thinking about ordering another. Just can’t decide between another trike or a bike!

This is my 3rd Lectric bike - love their customer service and they make good bikes. Sadly, this 'updated' XP4 is not what I expect upgrades to be. The motor is very jumpy - the throttle is either full on or full off. I miss the ability to turn the throttle to slow on. In addition, the 28MPH has yet to be hit even when I pedal. The torque sensor is not an improvement - I actually prefer my XP3 over this. I wrote to Lectric , wrote a review - no response yet which is surprising to me. Still have faith in this company - hope it's just they're busy and not ignoring
