This is my 3rd purchase from Lectric eBikes. This should speak for itself alone. But still would like to praise the company on all levels for exceeding in all areas with regards on expectations with their quality of product, customer satisfaction and follow ups on orders placed and filled. My husband & I have throughly enjoyed owning our first 2 step thru bikes. His now has over 3,000 miles on it and going strong!!! I ordered the 3rd bike for myself, because I wanted a cruiser type style and couldn't imagine not staying with such a reliable, satisfying company. Customer service is a very important part of making a purchase like this and they have earned such high ratings for all the right reasons. They have my business for life!!! The bike itself is so good. When I called that I had an issue with my headlight it was addressed immediately. Great customer service.

I purchased a lectric trike and changed…
I purchased a lectric trike and changed my mind with in an hour. I was told I would have my money back in my bank account with in 5 to 10 days. I’ve never received my money and when I call to talk to a store manager the employee never gets anyone. I’m just told over and over they sent it and my bank must be holding it. Of course I’ve talked to my bank and there is no money from the lectric bike company. Very poor customer service and no one to fix the problem that’s in charge. The date of purchase I put down may not be accurate.

I was very impressed with the build.
I was very impressed with the build quality for the price. They were delivered on time. The only complaint I have us with the mirrors from Lectric. For $44 for the pair they are very flimsy.

Great was the fast delivery
Great was the fast delivery. Not so great is the telephone holder that can't be made tight enough to not swivel, and the headlamp that does the same, and my bike has developed an issue that the motor does not seem smooth... like an automatic transmission that's confused what gear to be in. I will be calling your customer support soon regarding that.

We bought two bikes and we are extremely happy. They are a blast. Very well constructed goes perfect speeds for what we need. We did change out the seats to a more comfortable seat. Shipping was great. They came right to the door did not take very long. We are waiting on one more free item to come other than that. Everything else came that was supposed to come with the extra package we got for free. Very happy customer.

I had a bit of trouble right out of the box. I phoned and talked to Adam, then Zack, then Leo and Joe in Arizona. I was extremely pleased with how much effort they put into making sure that my problem was addressed as quickly as possible. The immediately sent replacement parts, and even contacted the repair facility in Hamilton, Ontario to make sure things went OK. It was truly wonderful to talk to actual people with almost zero "Hold" time. Thank you for your effort, the XP-Lite2 JW Black Long Range Bike works great!!! I strongly recommend anyone reading this to HAVE NO FEAR to PURCHASE HERE!!!!
