I love my bike, the only thing I would do differently is get a 500 watt instead of 750 because its easier to insure. Check your local laws first.

The quick disconnect for my motor fuse together. They replaced the whole motor for free as I was still under warranty and I had it in under a week. No haggling back-and-forth. I sent him a detailed description and some pictures and they sent me a tracking number the next day with a new motor.

I first attempted to order the Current EXP but was told my order was going to be delayed, so I canceled. This time I ordered the Current ADV, and all went fine. Your ordering process on line is quick and easy. The bike is actually on its way now after ordering about a couple weeks ago.

I recently bought the fender set for my pace 5 rec. what should have been easy to install was a complete nightmare - and I used to work in a bike shop many years ago when I was younger. The instructions were super super limited and lame. Almost impossible to follow and figure out clearly. And then if you try to find a video online you can only find one for an older model bike where the attachments are all different. It pretty much ruined the entire ownership model of buying a bike online. The parts were not labeled clearly, you could not see in the directions clearly which direction or spot pieces go and then it never even mentioned how to make adjustments. You had to figure most of it out my trial and error. It would have e been a lot easier if they 1) put the smaller parts in labeled bags 2) make the directions larger print and lot more detailed 3) show how to make adjustments (or maybe even mention it's possible....) and 4) consider including a step by step video. What should have been easy was just a total pain.

I’ve had the Aventon level 4 for 4 days now. I’m 50 miles in and can’t really find anything to complain about. This bike does everything as advertised. Super comfortable ride. I live in a pretty hilly area and am aging, so I got an e-bike. This thing handles the hills with ease. My only recommendation at this point is to try and integrate front turn signals so oncoming cars can see your intent.

Purchased for a relative in a different state. Since I have not received any complaints I will assume the tires and tubes fit and all is well. Personally I find the products quite expensive and it would be great if they were bundled with a discount.
