Getting a hold of customer service has proven very difficult in a timely manner. I put in a request online several days ago and got a very canned obvious response that didn't address the problem at all. Still waiting for a human to respond. In the mean time i cannot register my bike or use the app and it's been several weeks.

Great customer service I had an electrical issue with my bike where the motor was cutting out. After sending a few pics of key components the issue was quickly ID'd and the exact part info was sent with clear instructions on what to look for in the options menu to make sure i got the right thing the first time. Love my Aventon, and despite the issue, it's been a reliable commuter for me for the past 6+ years. Great value, and was so great to ride again after my bike problem was solved!

Customer service is fine. They are friendly and prompt, but the lack the empowerment to make things right especially for such a large purchase (i.e. expect them to send parts but not in a ln expeditious manner and also do not expect to be able to find a mechanic who will install in a timely manner, you'll likely have to install it yourself if you want it done as soon as it finally arrives)

This is my second Aventon bike, I bought my first two years ago and have been loving it, my husband didn’t think he would like riding and never had the time, he just retired so I bought my husband the pace 5 rec bike and he just loves how smooth it rides and we have been riding 2-3 times a week…needless to say we love our Aventon bikes! And It was easy to assemble

The Aventon Bike Company stands by its products as I found out when I had a battery problem on a year old bike. One email to the company along with two attached photos got the ball rolling. I received a reply with 5 minutes. The company was sympathetic in their response and immediately shipped out not only a new charging cable, but also an entirely new battery. Due to that interaction, we purchased a second Aventon e-bike for the household. It would be very difficult to top the excellent service shown to me by Aventon.

I love my Abound LR. This thing flat out flies. I had one minor issue with the battery and Aventon sent a new one, no charge. This entire purchase has been an amazing experience. I haul groceries, I commute to work, I get exercise. I’m tickled pink.

Purchased 2 Level 4 Recs for the wife and I. Order was processed quickly and the bikes shipped on schedule. FedEx lost one of the bikes but the team at Aventon refunded the purchase price for the lost bike. Bike that did arrive showed up in great shape and was very easy to assemble. Great product which we very much enjoy!

We’ve taken our Ramblas bikes out for rides on pavement and gravel trails. It’s easy to engage the assist when you need it and disengage when you don’t. We plan to try a more mountain bike type trail in the future. I had a flat and it was pretty easy to remove and replace the rear wheel to fix it. We’re definitely happy with the performance so far.

Aventon Bikes is a great company based in California. My bike was shipped quickly and was exactly as they advertised. It was easy to assemble, and I have taken two long rides on it. You can manually shift or program it to automatically shift. It is interactive with your phone and keeps track of your rides. You can set the pass levels to match the type of riding you do. You can use your phone to lock the back wheel and it has a lot of awesome features that other ebikes do not have. I could not figure out how to access the trip screen and when I called Aventon, I was able to talk to a customer service tech rep and he helped me figure it out. This ebike has a 2-year warranty and there are several bike shops that sell Aventon ebikes close to me that can service my ebike if it should need repair. My overall experience with the Aventon Company and the quality of my ebike is exceptional.
