Getting a hold of customer service has been difficult
Getting a hold of customer service has proven very difficult in a timely manner. I put in a request online several days ago and got a very canned obvious response that didn't address the problem at all. Still waiting for a human to respond. In the mean time i cannot register my bike or use the app and it's been several weeks.
