Quick response to my need and received the parts very quickly. I love my Ramblas. I’m only 5’4” and the Ramblas fits my small build without hitting important “parts” when getting off and on. I also love the MTB, the power and the ability to steer easily. I have no problem climbing hills.

Purchased new pace 4 have a pace 500 already. I don’t want the boost option and want the tour option made available. Charge location is in terrible location. Charge head makes it worse. I have to get on my hands and knees to plug in the charge. The cord on the charger is to short. No matter what I do on the Aventon app and load to my bike, my pace 4 will not go over 20 mph. I want it to go up to the 28 mph it was advertised it would go.

I have been a die hard Specialized Turbo Levo rider and still own the 2023 Comp Carbon and the Gen 4 Expert. I started riding the Current Exp last weekend and have put over 100 miles on it. It took a couple days to get used to the minimal differences in geometry and the 29" rear wheel but by the third ride I was 80% solid on the new bike. By my fourth ride I took three KOMs from local Specialized shop riders and two 2nd places so this bike can roll. I'm trying to figure out where this bike falls short compared to the Levos and the only things I can come up with are just stats on paper but they do not translate to actual riding. Obviously the suspension travel is less on this bike and I might actually perceive it but it is so slight that I also think it might just be the power of suggestion. This bike is definitely more powerful and you can tell. It's also more smooth in power delivery and when you hit the speed limit. My only wish is that this bike had a battery extender option for longer rides which I have for my Gen 4 Levo. So the funny twist of fate is that this bike has a little less travel but I will end up using it on shorter rides that usually are a little bit more spicy on the downhill. I'll use my Gen 4 levo for the 8,000 vertical foot climb days. Being that this bike is much much less money I would say it's a no-brainer over any other e-bike on the market. For most ebike riders this will be more than they will ever need. What I think is cool is that for beginner ebikers that want to get into the sport inexpensively, they can buy this bike and it actually performs like a $14,000 bike and outperforms $8,000 bikes. When Aventon comes out with a piggyback battery, I'm not sure I'll ever look back at other more established e-mountain bike brands. FYI I'm 56, 5'8", 180lbs and got the medium.

I ha a couple issues right out of the box with my Aventon Ramblas ADV, all of which were completely solved by Aventon's warranty team. I'm well past 200 issue-free km's in a very short period of time and looking forward to the next 2,000

Product we needed was available and shipped out promptly from your warehouse. Unless I missed it I don't see an option for expedited shipments. Ground for us took about 10 days to receive our item. I would have liked to have it quicker and would have paid for expedited shipping.

I had a problem with my battery with my Pace 500.2, Merlin sent me a new battery and connectors. So now my Pace 500.2 is working fine. My wife is enjoying that bike now. I now have a Pace five that I really really like, it has a 750 motor,I added fenders and a luggage rack. I am 83 years old,my wife is 73 next month. Thank you for all your help.

The torque sensor on the Pace 500.3 became defective 3 months after the two year warranty and you refused to cover this. The bike only had 1,020 miles. This was disappointing because I thought Aventon was a good quality bike with great Customer Support!

The bike has been IK: it certainly makes long distance trips more enjoyable: my one beef is the computer: it is not fully weatherproof, and the screen has popped off.
