After researching the best rated ebike I ordered and Aventon Adventure 3 step-through. The shipping was faster then I thought it would be. I was very impressed with how the bike was packaged. Nothing was going to get damaged in shipping. I did review the assembly video before the bike arrived as recommended. With the manual and the video I was able to easily assemble the bike with the tools provided. I did have a little difficulty finding the QR code to get the app started, but once found, I got everything working together. I am enjoying the bike and am getting it set up to my comfort. I guess if I had to recommend an improvement it would be to add to the video on how to adjust the front fork suspension.

Best ride ever. I wish I had one Level 3 step through in Brazil as well. I researched the Level three step through for literally months becfor my friend, my wife and I bought one each.
Great ride and look and price. You are able to set everything to your personal preference and it has the best combined features of all the others that we researched. 5+ Stars for me. Do the research !!!!!!!

I must say that the Aventon Level 3 has been a wonderlicious bike. I put over 2000 miles on it all road miles in about 2 months and it never once failed me. I have pushed it to over 70 miles on a single ride single battery. Loved it so much I ordered a 2nd one for my wife with similar results. I am 63 years old and my wife is 67 but we both ride and love the bikes. The only concern or issue that has arisen is that for some reason they both keep breaking spokes (both bicycles) Aventon Customer Service was awesome and sent of replacement spokes for both bikes.

Replacement part took awhile because it was on back order , but they came through . All the interaction with them was top notch, no complaints. Love my Aventure 3 . Maybe a M in the future.

No major complaints, bikes were shipped in a timely manner and were within the expected time frame if not sooner. The only thing I would call out is the automated email system. The system seems to send out bike review requests based on the time it was ordered rather than the time it was shipped/delivered. This resulted in me receiving an email asking me to review a bike almost 2 weeks before it was shipped out, which is odd.

Bike was shipped quickly and very well packed. Assembly was very easy and instructions were great. My only negative was that the blue color was out of stock when I ordered so I had to settled for the Koi color. Turned out to be really pretty! Glad I got it!

Had a bad battery after only a year and 36 miles on a Level 3. Was replaced with one phone call to tech support. Very happy.

Love the bike itself. Sadly, left my charger outside at one point and then went to charge it after it, assuming, overheated. And blew the internal fuse. So, had to replace the charger already.. but otherwise. Love it!

Well I found none plug size equal arrangement besides except explanation of wirering override probably something doable but do not trust power input to power out it could upset the controller first fram over ride the remaing controller I have Carrie incompatible not to complain but yet good light unusual plus linkwin type ...
