I've 6000 miles on my bike and a few things broke after 5k. But you guys give the best customer service of any bike shop/company. My bike is past warranty but if it ever dies, I'll get another one.

This is my first pedal assist e-bike. I switched from a Trek Marlin 7 to the Aventure 3 step over. Absolutely love riding this bike. I was hesitant at first, but at 55 sometimes I need a little assist. I often ride it with no power assist but love having it there when I need it. This is a well built bike and is very comfortable to ride!

The bike was fairly easy to assemble, though the video needs updates.
The bike was fairly easy to assemble, though the video didn’t completely match the actual assembly. I think someone at Aventon should pull a bike to assemble, watch the video and make updates as needed.
That being said, the things that didn’t match the video didn’t cause huge issues with my assembly.
The bike itself is great to ride, has good power and range, and is fairly easy to operate including all the settings.
I really like this bike a lot.

Pretty seamless. Took advantage of July 4th sale prices, purchased while I was on vacation and had the new Aventon Aventure3 shipped to my local bike shop. When I got home from vacation drove over to my shop and picked up my fully assembled EBike.

Customer service was extremely quick at responding and resolving my online questions. I interfaced with them on two different occasions, and the service level and results were excellent! Additionally, I have placed two online orders for accessories, and the process was easy, with product shipping and tracking information provided within 24-48 hours. Great bike, nice design, I got the aventon abound SR. My only complain is their mobile app in Android has a lot of issues, but the bike itself is really good.

Customer service was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly the part that I needed and helped me place the order for it. He explained to me the capabilities of the part that I ordered and the benefits that I would get from the right product. He was very prompt and courteous. Product does not work and customer service not helpful
Aventon sent me a bike with a faulty battery, which after a few weeks fully stopped working. They then sent me another battery, which also stopped working. They've tried a few other replacement parts in between and the whole thing has taken months. The support team takes at least a week to respond and then a 7-10 days to process and get the part to my home. I bought the bike at the end of April and have only gotten to ride it (with a dying battery) for a few weeks. I'm very disappointed in the product and customer support.

I purchased two Aventure 3 bikes back in June 2026 after extensive research. The Aventure 3 is an excellent high quality E-Bike that is a pleasure to ride. After talking with some fellow Aventure owners, I quickly learned that I was missing a derailleur guard and derailleur hanger. I contacted Aventon and they quickly replaced the missing items. The whole process was easy to initiate and follow. Thank you for making a superior product and following it up with superior customer service & support.
