Hello,
Error code E 21 turned out to be the controller, but I had to also purchase a color display since controller was not compatible with my black-and-white display. I took the bike for a ride and I love my Level. I would like lights as the controller has a light switch.
Merlin was helpful with this transaction. Lights would be great

Had a battery issue with my new bike and after trouble shooting and speaking to my local bike shop as well as Aventon, they replaced the battery and I was able to be back on the road in less than 2 weeks
My local bike shop REM Bicycle and Fitness in Jasper, In let me borrow a battery from his demo bike so I didn’t have to stop riding.
One of the best shops and customer service!

Orders made simple reasonable packaging to ensure good product delivery. Putting it together was a little more than expected but still doable. Ride is smooth and fun I like having the ability to use it for a workout without much assistance

I had my bike stolen and unfortunately I couldn't remember or find where I'd written down my serial number. Luckily I was able to get my bike back so I called to register my serial number. The representative was very helpful and was able to help me register my SN and order a new power cord which was also lost in the theft. My rear rack had the rods missing so I got online to order new rods which were only $8 but the shipping was $12 so I haven't ordered them yet. I was hoping someday there might be a promo code or you might offer a free shipping.

I have three Aventon Pace 5.3
Aventon has always been helpful with any issues. Recently my display went out. I called and they sent me a new one the same week.
I will never buy anything but Aventon.

ordering was fine, same with delivery. But wished i could have gotten just the rear fender but had to order the set.
Update... I talked to a rep. On phone. He said only sold as set. So I had to buy a set even as only my rear was damaged

The Aventon Aventure 3 is one of the best electric bikes I’ve owned. It’s very well built, and the combination of modern features, power, comfort, and practicality makes it an excellent overall package.
I really appreciate the modern features, especially the LED brake lights, bright headlight, and easy-to-read LED display. The battery and motor are both powerful and efficient, giving the bike plenty of power while still providing great range.
The included accessories are another big plus. The fenders and rear rack add a lot of convenience and make the bike much more practical for everyday riding.
Comfort is also a standout feature. The front suspension and suspension seat work together to make the ride incredibly smooth and comfortable, even when riding over rougher surfaces.
Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the Aventon Aventure 3. It feels solid, powerful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. For anyone looking for a high-quality electric bike with great features and excellent ride comfort, I highly recommend it.
