Excellent Warranty resolution
Had a battery issue with my new bike and after trouble shooting and speaking to my local bike shop as well as Aventon, they replaced the battery and I was able to be back on the road in less than 2 weeks My local bike shop REM Bicycle and Fitness in Jasper, In let me borrow a battery from his demo bike so I didn’t have to stop riding. One of the best shops and customer service! Thank you to Aventon for standing behind your product and making such a fun bike to ride! Love my LVL4ADV
