I had my bike stolen and unfortunately I couldn't remember or find where I'd written down my serial number. Luckily I was able to get my bike back so I called to register my serial number. The representative was very helpful and was able to help me register my SN and order a new power cord which was also lost in the theft. My rear rack had the rods missing so I got online to order new rods which were only $8 but the shipping was $12 so I haven't ordered them yet. I was hoping someday there might be a promo code or you might offer a free shipping.
