Customer service is fine. They are friendly and prompt, but the lack the empowerment to make things right especially for such a large purchase (i.e. expect them to send parts but not in a ln expeditious manner and also do not expect to be able to find a mechanic who will install in a timely manner, you'll likely have to install it yourself if you want it done as soon as it finally arrives)
