I am extremely pleased with your customer service. We own 2- Aventon adventure .2 bikes and love them. When we ran into a problem with one of our battery's, I contacted Aventon's online support and got an quick response that acknowledged they received my reaching out. Then the interactions, were promt, professional and they replaced my battery under warranty and even covered the shipping. Excellent company, Excellent Bikes, Excellent support, you couldn't ask for better. I highly recommend Aventon bikes to my friends, family and even people we run into on the trails, that inquire about our bikes as they are a really sharp looking bike.
