Youthful Pleasure
I love this bike. It is easy to handle and battery life can be easily managed. I travelled 40 miles round trip and was able to limited battery usage to 20%. Although the bike weighs over 75 pounds, it handles flat terrain with little difficulty. I am 73 years old and it is a joy each I ride my Aventon Aventure 3.

Love the bike so much. I ride it to work when the weather allows me to. I just wish some of the app stuff worked better for me. I am pretty clueless though so that might be on me.

After installing the screen with NO INSTRUCTIONS I couldn’t get the screen to turn on and finally happened on pushing 2 buttons at the same time which finally started the screen
Very poor attention from warehouse workers
Well fro startedlrs I contacted due ti a housing crisis and need imeditae fufulment I was told it would be expedited and it never actualy was and then when it was shipped I was sent the wrong harness I had ti call suport for then ti order me a abound og main harness and instead they sent me a abound lr harness I ended up loosing my hotel room and have been on the streets for the week while waiting for the correct part to come in so I can get shelter back over my head its absoluty ridiculous how this went and I will never buy another aventon bike again and am publicly advocating g people not ti buy based on this

I love the way Aventon makes each bike look sleek and modern. I just recently got the soltera 2.5 which is a perfect bike for people who ride around a city a lot. So far on my rides this bike and accessories have all been very good quality. Highly recommended.

I love my Adventure 3 bike and all the nerdy accessories I can add to it. Once ordered it arrived to my house in 4 days. Not too shabby, man! Though I didn’t put it together I enjoyed a beer while my sweetheart did. He got it done in about 40 minutes. The. It only took a Him about 30 to assemble his. Our first ride around town was so fun and I love being able to shift through the gears, or be lazy and send it full throttle. My next nerd accessory is a dog trailer to pull my nerd dog around. We both got a flat tire our first ride, unfortunately, but I won’t blame to bike. So our fun has been short lived until we can get that fixed. I’d say if you are thinking of getting an Aventon E-bike, do it.
This is our third Aventon Bike
This is our third Aventon Bike. Sold my Adventure 2 and got a Level 4 Rec. It's a nice mid-way point between the Adv 2 and the wife's Pace 500. So far, with all the new features etc., really like it over the Adventure 2. The Adventure 2 did ride nice, but was a bit bulky to load on a bike rack, work on, and maneuver around. It seemed like a small motorcycle at times. Level 4 Rec is a lot more nimble, easier to load, and has some really great features that you can't find anywhere else in the market for the price. Great value! Every bike we've bought came in great shape, with no issues, and easy to assemble. Excellent quality! Bike number four in the future? Let's get some miles on these two first! LOL But, when it comes time again, Aventon will be the first place we look!
Aventon has an amazing customer service team
I've owned my Aventon Sinch.2 for about two years and have really enjoyed the bike. Recently, all of the lights suddenly stopped working. After doing some basic troubleshooting, I was able to narrow down the issue, but I wasn't completely sure which replacement part I needed. My bike was already just outside of its warranty period, but I decided to reach out to Aventon Support to make sure I ordered the correct part. Not only did they help me identify exactly what I needed, but since my warranty had expired less than two weeks earlier, they went above and beyond and shipped the replacement part to me for free. The part arrived quickly, I followed the replacement instructions, and now all of my lights are working perfectly again. I really appreciate the customer service I received. They could have easily just told me that my warranty had expired and pointed me toward the part to purchase, but instead they took care of me anyway. Experiences like this make me feel even better about owning an Aventon. Great bike and excellent support!

The bike is wonderful
The bike is wonderful. The ride is so much fun. Easy and user-friendly. I can now ride with my husband. We have planned rides all around the bay. Only the weight is my concern. It is difficult to get into my truck. Due to it being so heavy. Until I can get a bike rack that can hold my beautiful bike. Maybe you can add the option of a free bike lock or bike ramp to your sale. I got the lock. So awesome. It would give us customers time to travel and ride until we can upgrade our bike rack. Just a thought Love this amazing bike.
