I purchased a new chest heart rate monitor. After spending hours trying to link the new monitor with my iPhone, I found that no matter how I tried, the rotary locking rear plate could be removed using my fingernail, hence the battery location was non existent. I then used the rear locking plate from my old monitor. It worked a treat. Poor manufacturing. Also, the front facia of my Roam is delaminating for the second time after it was replaced by Wahoo 18 months ago. Again, poor manufacturing.
