I had defective electronic items sent to me and I just wanted a refund. They wouldn’t refund me and only replace. I ordered 2 of the same and both were defective so why would i want to try 2 more? Not negotiable. They wouldn’t refund me. Adding to my experience after their response: I had several emails back and forth about my request and they wouldn’t negotiate and said that under no circumstances would they credit me and that they could only replace. For that reason, I am not changing my rating. Sorry,
