Absolutely frustrating
I ordered a pair of lenses one month in advance for a con I have coming up this weekend. I expected them to be here around 2-3 weeks later, as they usually are. After two weeks, the shipment was sent to my town and the tracking stayed as "Departing from USPS faciility" for the last two weeks. Finally today I get an update, which I'm ecstatic, since they will be here in time for the con! But no, my update was that they were instead shipped to New Jersey without ever even being sent to my home. I'm extremely frustrated with the service and the lack of reply from their customer service. :/
