Unshipped for weeks with no communication or accountability
Avoid for international moves. My shipment has been sitting in a warehouse for weeks with no confirmed booking, no clear timeline, and almost no communication. I’ve provided everything required and repeatedly asked for basic information (e.g. when it’s actually shipping), but responses are slow, vague, or non-existent. Phone calls go unanswered. This isn’t a one-off delay—it’s a lack of operational control and accountability. Once your goods are in their system, you have very little visibility or leverage. If you need a reliable, time-bound move, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
