No means of contact to report unauthorised use of my email address
I received an email thanking me for my order. I have not ordered anything from Walmart so someone has used my email address. I emailed them about it from email addresses given on their website. I got an automated response saying the emails aren't monitored. I tried to do a chat but you need to log in to your account to use it. I tried to close the account but, as well as sending a code to my email they also do it to your phone, and I don't have that person's phone number. The only means of contact is to call them, but they are in the US and I live in the UK. I am absolutely disgusted that someone has used my email address but I have no way of closing it down.
