I tried to order on Starhui seller website and could not select a color. Sent an email, sent a message to Tang Tang and communicated via live chat to Jake. Whole process very time consuming, called 877 number and talked to buyer protection in error somehow. Finally kept searching and found another seller. But, then could not delete obsolete credit card number and it was very difficult to add new credit number. It should not be this hard to do business. Highly recommend your website software be streamlined to make it more user friendly. Thank you.
