They showed me a discount of $38.99 from $59.99 back in March of 2024 to use on Windows 7 just after I bought it with in 10 minutes of buying it I tried to get a refund it wrote all sales final. Then I planned to not install it I did not want to let the time expire at this great sales price there was no warning of anything to go wrong until I installed it would not let me install it that I was using Windows 7 they had the nerve to take more money out of my Bank account to have buy more when they knew I had Windows 7 I had invoices of 2024 and 2025 they told me to get a refund from Sophos and Sophos wanted me to get it from Cleverbridge however these people are thieves too. They wrote this near the 4th and 5th email: Thank you for contacting us and for sharing your honest feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment and frustration. Please know it’s never our intention to cause inconvenience, and we understand how upsetting this situation has been for you. We want to confirm that your refund for the 2025 renewal of Sophos Home Premium was successfully processed on April 1, 2025. Depending on your financial institution, the funds should already appear in your account or do so shortly. We also want to acknowledge your comments regarding product compatibility with Windows 7. As technology evolves, we recognize that continued support for older operating systems can be a concern, and we regret if this transition has caused difficulties for you. We hope you’ll consider us again in the future under better circumstances, but we respect your choice and thank you for the time you’ve spent with us.
