Great customer service from start to finish. While waiting for my mattress to arrive, Irma patiently kept me updated on its approximate arrival date and what to expect from the white glove delivery service. Then, my bedding bundle arrived in the wrong size. Ferdz corrected the issue to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with Ferdz's customer service!
