I had the pleasure speaking with Ferdz Garcia this evening. She was very sweet and when I explained that the first suggestion was out of my price range she went and looked at one similar and sent me the link and as a single mother I can tell you she blew my expectations out of the water and it would be nice to have someone like that for every call a) I take or b) I call to speak to someone. She gets my kudos and well deserved.

Where do I even begin? We have purchased 8 mattresses from PlushBeds over the years and have recommended this company to countless friends, co workers, and family. Unfortunately, after our most recent experiences, we will not be purchasing from them again and would caution others to do their research before ordering. The quality of the products has changed dramatically compared with the mattresses, sheets, and pillows we purchased years ago. Our older mattresses are awesome. The newer ones seem significantly lower in quality and comfort(even after ordering the to the exact specifications). Our older sheet sets are some of our favorites and have held up fairly well. The newest set we received, however, feels like a low-quality product that does not compare at all-extremely scratchy and thin. The customer service experience has been one of the most disappointing I have encountered. It took countless hours just to place orders, and then we experienced significant delays, including orders not shipping for months with no communication or explanation. When items finally arrived, there were mistakes with the orders, and the process of getting replacements required even more time and effort from us as the customer and with significant effort on our part(not theirs). It is extremely disappointing to see a company we once trusted decline this much. There are many quality options available now, and based on our recent experiences, we cannot recommend PlushBeds. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with product quality, communication, and customer service.

I was provided with all the data I needed to consider a few options. She listened well to my requirements and was very helpful.

We visited friends who had a Plush bed and loved it from the start. It arrived in beautiful condition and unrolled perfectly on the bed. We slept in it the first night. I have come to feel that the medium firm that we purchased is perfect. It has enough softness to ease the bones yet provide great support. The customer support has been amazing. Mike takes care of his customers and communicates with ease. A Very good experience all around

After ordering a mattress topper from PlushBeds (which I was very happy with), decided to purchase a lighter weight comforter for summer. There was a reason/issue that necessitated I return it.
