Where do I even begin? We have purchased 8 mattresses from PlushBeds over the years and have recommended this company to countless friends, co workers, and family. Unfortunately, after our most recent experiences, we will not be purchasing from them again and would caution others to do their research before ordering. The quality of the products has changed dramatically compared with the mattresses, sheets, and pillows we purchased years ago. Our older mattresses are awesome. The newer ones seem significantly lower in quality and comfort(even after ordering the to the exact specifications). Our older sheet sets are some of our favorites and have held up fairly well. The newest set we received, however, feels like a low-quality product that does not compare at all-extremely scratchy and thin. The customer service experience has been one of the most disappointing I have encountered. It took countless hours just to place orders, and then we experienced significant delays, including orders not shipping for months with no communication or explanation. When items finally arrived, there were mistakes with the orders, and the process of getting replacements required even more time and effort from us as the customer and with significant effort on our part(not theirs). It is extremely disappointing to see a company we once trusted decline this much. There are many quality options available now, and based on our recent experiences, we cannot recommend PlushBeds. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with product quality, communication, and customer service.
