I had an excellent customer service…
I had an excellent customer service experience with PlushBeds. Although my request required management approval, Ferdz Garcia was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire conversation. He carefully reviewed my order history, listened to my concerns, and made sure my request was escalated to the appropriate team instead of simply giving me a generic response. I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me. Customer service like this is rare, and Ferdz deserves recognition for his professionalism and willingness to help. Thank you, Ferdz!
