I had the pleasure speaking with Ferdz Garcia this evening. She was very sweet and when I explained that the first suggestion was out of my price range she went and looked at one similar and sent me the link and as a single mother I can tell you she blew my expectations out of the water and it would be nice to have someone like that for every call a) I take or b) I call to speak to someone. She gets my kudos and well deserved.
