Charged twice by IRAS and ipaymy
I was charged twice for IRAS tax payment. I’d sequenced ipaymy to charge the amount 1week before the IRAS GIRO deduction, as guided in your FAQ. However, IRAS still deducted the installment amount via GIRO on top of the ipaymy charges. The whole arrangement feels really unreliable, messing up the IRAS installment quantum. .
