Awful experience with Zeusx | Uncooperative and fraud
I had successful purchases with this website before, but all changed recently this week when I tried to purchase an item on their website and the seller was uncooperative. For starters, after purchase, seller took hours and hours to address my order and the first thing he says is that the account is not available if i want another account, which is already bad as he is selling an item he no longer owns. After that he proposes to give me another item instead for my purchase, however the item in question is of much lower value then price i paid for. I suspended the order and tried to get into contact with Zeusx, their response was nothing short of unhelpful, they affirmed i would have to accept the other account of seller. Please do not purchase anything here, it seems the company itself doesn't care about buyers and takes seller side so sellers can do whatever they want, they said they would deny me a refund and trying to get me to accept this new item of much lower value, have screenshots of all of it. Good enough to dispute for chargeback on bank as fraudulent seller. Never touch this website again if you value your money, also they take ages to respond to your support tickets.
