Terrible online ordering.I have been using it for years and as a rule it has been ok. The past few days I have not been able to do anything with the online system as far as ordering /amending food.It will not take payment. Like many I have a prepaid slot which I will require payment back for non service.I do not expect them to agree! Asda is a problem at the moment. Customers services never answer the phone , no doubt they are overwhelmed. The number on my display shows petrol station no?
