My orders nowhere to be found.
So I placed my order on the 18th of August. It's been exactly a month now and I still don't have my contacts. Payments gone through, I had the tracking info and everything then when I've noticed that it's been pass three weeks? I logged into my account to check the tracking again and no order was found. It's completely disappeared from your systems. I feel like I've got scammed. I've emailed numerous times. Even tweeted them a few. All gone unnoticed. Very unprofessional. I need this to be rectified.
