Good customer service but unfortunately I have now had two bracelets which were faulty. One was a replacement for a previous bracelet where the clasp broke within days. The replacement bracelet could not even be opened to add charms. Gorgeous charms but get your bracelets elsewhere. Also note that despite a UK website the registered address is USA and everything comes from China.
