Chinese company behaving like a Chinese company.
Surprise. Surprise.
Not immediately apparent you are dealing with a Chinese company, which is quite deliberate - they know very well that many buyers simply will not buy if they understood this. In effect this is a form of deception.
Your order is coming from China. This will take time. Many buyers were surprised by this.
Communication is poor. Returns almost impossible. Quality control is FAR below standard.
If you must buy DJi, then at least do so from a U.K. stockist. That way you have U.K. protections and the ability to return faulty items.

Have nothing to do with this arm of the Chinese Communist Party.
Oh, come on! Get real! If we have to communicate with smoke signals, that’s better than having Huawei build our telecommunications network.
In any case we are ALL far too dependant on our mobile phones.
I challenge you to do without your phone for just 2 days a week. See? You can’t, can you?
Read the reviews here. Huawei’s searing contempt for the customer is awe-inspiring. I put it to you all that this means one of two things - either:
A/ China really does own the U.K. lock, stock and barrel.
Or
B/ They have tipped their hand too early and we are now realising what they are up to.
Better hope it’s B. Ditch the Huawei phone. Shame on you for being such a fool as to buy one in the first place. They really saw you coming.
And boycott ALL Chinese-made goods from now on.
