Updated - Great customer service, still no items
I posted a review 4 days ago, and was upset that I had not received my items after waiting over 6 weeks. However, after posting here and contacting them directly, I have been contacted 3 times to remedy the issue and have now been promised a full refund. Once it is received, I will further update regarding this website. I am also being permitted to keep the items, should they arrive at some point. I am much happier now.
