Beware - Bait & Switch
I urge everyone to avoid this company and not order any items from them. My experience suggests they employ unethical "bait-and-switch" tactics. Here's what happened: I ordered a specific item costing $38.00, but they never sent it. Instead, they shipped a much cheaper item with an estimated manufacturing cost of 10 cents. Upon requesting a full refund, they offered: A measly 30% refund if I kept the unwanted item. Otherwise they offered a "full refund" minus a restocking fee and return shipping to Hong Kong (costing me $20, nearly half of what I paid!). They refuse returns to their US drop shipper. This is clearly a scam! They likely advertise unavailable products, send cheap knock-offs, and make obtaining refunds difficult. Even with partial refunds, their profit remains high due to the low-cost of the bait-and-switch items they send you. Reputable companies would offer a full refund for wrong items sent and cover return costs. This company's Hong Kong location seems to embolden their deceitful practices. This firm is billing through a firm called Grand Chill Limited, no information is available through an Internet search on this firm which is likely a payment front for their disreputable business. I believe PayPal will side with me when I file a dispute for a refund due to their unethical behavior. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this company altogether!
