I ordered 4 bras, all large, to fit a D cup. What I received was 4 bras for what I am going to assume was an A cup. I sent an email to them in March and to this day, they have not responded to it. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I would like my money back but I know that will never happen. Stay away from this company.
I ordered a couple pairs of blenders sunglasses aswell as a Stanley coffee mug and some lotion for my kids and this company literally stole my money and then disappeared from the shop app altogether. I have attempted contacting them through every available avenue and they never even respond. These people are scamners from China as far as I can tell through my own personal investigations. My advice to everyone is stay away from Serene beauty at all costs. I know they have family members here in America so I'm gonna start with them till I get my money back
I recieved my order of the 4 bras but they were very small in the cup & my girls would pop out. I can tell they would be comfortable if they fit & held . I tried on 2 of them & both fit different but same size? I recieved the bras last week & took several weeks to get here.
I urge everyone to avoid this company and not order any items from them. My experience suggests they employ unethical "bait-and-switch" tactics.
Here's what happened:
I ordered a specific item costing $38.00, but they never sent it.
Instead, they shipped a much cheaper item with an estimated manufacturing cost of 10 cents.
Upon requesting a full refund, they offered:
A measly 30% refund if I kept the unwanted item.
Otherwise they offered a "full refund" minus a restocking fee and return shipping to Hong Kong (costing me $20, nearly half of what I paid!). They refuse returns to their US drop shipper.
This is clearly a scam! They likely advertise unavailable products, send cheap knock-offs, and make obtaining refunds difficult. Even with partial refunds, their profit remains high due to the low-cost of the bait-and-switch items they send you.
Reputable companies would offer a full refund for wrong items sent and cover return costs. This company's Hong Kong location seems to embolden their deceitful practices.
This firm is billing through a firm called Grand Chill Limited, no information is available through an Internet search on this firm which is likely a payment front for their disreputable business.
I believe PayPal will side with me when I file a dispute for a refund due to their unethical behavior.
Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this company altogether!
