Great products and best customer service
My husband started using the handheld red light by Novaalab because his physical therapist used it for his nerve damage in his arm. It helped him greatly so we purchased the Novaalab mat. I used it on my hip when it hurts and now I no longer need it. My husband uses it on his lower back and shoulders and gets good relief. Next I bought the facial mask and I use it three to five times a week. Several people have commented on how I look younger, I'm 62. For some reason I started having problem with the connection of my mask to its controller. I reached out to customer service and they we're very prompt with correcting the problem. The first solution did not work, but they continued working with me until I was satisfied. This company has gone above and beyond what any company has ever done for me. They have exceptional customer service and great products!
