For the last thirty months, I have been recovering from major injuries sustained from being rear ended by a very negligent driver. After 28 months, the pain had not improved. After using this product, the pain and arthritis in my right knee, the bones in my right hip area, the right rib cage area, and the pain radiating throughout my back have greatly improved to the point where I may be able to start the physical work of maintaining the landscaping of my home. I have also bought the 20" x 24" pad for my wife and daughter. They are also finding relief. And I use the facial mask. I am very happy I have invested in these products.

Questionably safe or effective. The multi spectrum mouth device for oral care is questionably safe. I tried it for two weeks and it increased the sensitivity of my teeth and nerves in my teeth. I cannot explain this. It also caused my teeth afterwards to feel as if they were not meeting together properly. I am senior aged so cannot comment on any therapeutic benefits. I would say use at your own risk. There is insufficient data to prove this device or these light spectrums are truly beneficial and it may be the buyer is the guinea pig. I do enjoy infrared therapy on exterior muscles etc and have used that for years as needed. They were relatively easy to return the item but don't settle for the discounts, insist on full refund.

I had a problem with one of the vibrating buttons coming off the back of my Novaa Back Pad. Contacted my doctor, who I purchase it from, and he contacted NovaaLab about the problem. Fortunately, it was still under warranty. Julie from NovaaLab's Support sent an email saying a new belt was on the way. Once it arrived, Anna contacted me to make sure it arrived safe and sound. After I sent an email confirming that it did, I received another email later as a follow-up checking that the unit was working well. Incredible Client Support and much appreciated!!!

Was concerned about the intensity and the penetration, as I have some long experience with original INLIGHT therapy equipment which was infrared bulb type delivery, whichhas been very effective over the long term . As it is aging I have been in the hunt to replace it and also address my GF s neuropathy , (feet ) , so the boot is an appealing item as well . We are evaluating the belt s performance and it is so far a great experience,tho jury out on the neuropathy , it has good results with arthritis in my foot . Great product and high performance in my mind. PS the discount was appreciated as well .

I’ve been using the Nova Oral Care Pro for nearly a year. Falsely advertised and unsafe EMF levels. I purchased the NovaaLab pod which is $2,500 specifically because their website explicitly claims their products emit zero EMF.
After testing the device ourselves, we found that the EMF emissions are well above all safety norms. The high radiation is coming from an unsecured internal cable directly inside the pod, posing a serious health risk and potential cellular damage.
When I requested a refund for this dangerously misrepresented, falsely advertised product, NovaaLab refused to cover the return shipping costs. They expect me to pay an additional $160 to $200+ out of my own pocket just to return a defective, high-EMF device that never should have been sold under those safety claims.
Do not trust their safety claims, and buyer beware if you ever need customer support. Please check EMF in your pod!

NovaaLab has excellent customer service. After using my Light Pad for 5 months, the unit stopped working. Anna in customer service worked with me to find out the issue. I had been afraid I was going to get no or slow response. Anna responded within 30 min and then within minutes while in dialogue. The device itself has been very helpful with my lower back pain so I'm happy that I can continue to use it.

I bought this product for my wife who suffers from severe end stage, bone on bone knee arthritis. This product has given her more relief than anything else she tried including CBD and other topicals. She cannot have knee replacement surgery so this is her best option. She must use it twice a day, every day but it is a lifesaver. And when the Velcro attachment strap wore out you were great sending her a new one.

Received order quickly and works as advertised. Don’t expect overnight/instant results. I had been dealing with severe knee pain and not able to get to PT. Decided to try this out (because of the guarantee and ratings) and after 10 days of use I was pain free. Even helped with nerve pain in my other knee that I had replaced 6 years ago. Customer service follow up was great. If you are on the fence about trying it, don’t hesitate, try it. I’ve recommended it to several family and friends.
