NovaaLab has always taken care of my concerns with the various devices I have bought from them. I find the redlight pad works so well for me I have gotten them as gifts for my Son, and Father in Law. Love the product. I use it every morning for back issues. Original pad stopped working and the company sent a replacement pad. The customer service is exceptional and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I would recommend this product to all who need help with pain.

Great item the only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t come with a extension Velcro for bigger knees.

My novaa light switch unit worked well until it stopped. I thought I was outside of my warranty. Novaalab responded immediately and after sending photos of the unusable device, they sent me a new unit. Happily using the new unit.

Shipment went to CA and then CO before being delivered 2 miles from the warehouse where it started. It took a day before you could even find my order. Then I get a offer of another 10% off if I ordered. That is terrible.
