Excellent Customer Service
NovaaLab has excellent customer service. After using my Light Pad for 5 months, the unit stopped working. Anna in customer service worked with me to find out the issue. I had been afraid I was going to get no or slow response. Anna responded within 30 min and then within minutes while in dialogue. The device itself has been very helpful with my lower back pain so I'm happy that I can continue to use it.
