I'm mixed with Renogy as my lithium battery failed entirely and whilst the outcome was positive (they refunded me but even this was sent to another person's bank accountinstead of mine...). It was an uphill battle of 2 months to get them aknowledging this failure. I live in Tasmania and they have no technicians to help you out here so will ask every single question and data measure they can to pull off the warranty. Following this painful experience, my dc to dc charger failed too within the warranty period and this time their customer service was brilliant (thanks Jillian), so they brought me back from 1 to 3 stars at this point.
