Awful awful company
I can't even remember encountering worse customer service ... Their website can't properly keep track of different pets and despite numerous times noting that one of my dogs has passed (painful enough as it is), they kept sending me reminders to restart a medicine for that dead dog. Then when another dog recently passed and I cancelled my prescription autoship, they sent me the $78 medicine anyways.... AFTER I cancelled the autoship and got an email confirmation. When I asked for a return shipping label to return the unopened package, they.... asked me to clarify which pet died (they're both dead now, thank you!) and offered a $10 credit. Trust me, never ever use this company. Absolutely awful.
