Too late
Ordered a photo collage product and paid for expedited shipping at great cost. Product didn't arrive on time and when I went back Chinese New Year was cited as the reason they were closed for a week. I respect that, but should have been told they would not be producing any items when I ordered mine. Emailed to cancel the order, but was ignored. Asked for the postage to be refunded but ignored. What was to be a fun gift for a 70th birthday was a stressful experience not worth the bother. Yet another reply below asking to contact them. I did and all they say is to contact them. Going in a circle. I have asked for the priority postage to be refunded. I would not have paid extra if they had revealed they were closed for Chinese New Year.
