BAD Customer Service
Half of their contacts are out of stock most of the time and it's annoying having to look up random people's "Real Life Photo" on their facebook pages to see how it ACTUALLY looks. I asked to cancel my recent order since my Benefits plan kicked in not long after. I've been wanting to get laser eye surgery for so long instead of having to change my prescription(and contacts) every year, my eyes are just the worst). I ask them to cancel my $100 order and they tell me there is a 10% "Administration Fee" to cancel it. For an order that said it would take 10 business days to "process" it sure wouldn't be a hassle to click "Cancel Order" in a minute on their end. This seems more like a Commission Fee than actual work, it's so ridiculous, never have I come across a (notable) online store with these absurd Fees. I also checked my card and looks like they took MORE than 10% of that order. They're a bunch of scammers and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Switching off Paypal and the ridiculous shipping times and holds at customs are way too much stress for a customer to have to deal with.
