WHY IS MY ORDER STUCK IN CUSTOMS!!!!
Hi...I am really upset....order number #435780 I have place this order on 10/28/2015 every thing looked fine until SaturdayOctober31st my shipment has stopped...(Track=1094308600&Ship=DHL express)I paid for fast shipping and now my package is healed in customs In the US......why I do not know....does the package clearly state what you guys are shipping? If it is why is it being held...I tried (PP)because of the good view people were saying....is there something you could do about this? Please get back to me about this madder....Will this happen every time when ordering from you guys? Update: My order is still in customs....but (PP) was able to help me out...I did not go though DHL...because they are not reliable....so I went with FEDEX and with in 5 days my product has come in.....I guess what makes a company run well is who the shipper is......all in all (PP) did help me out in every way they could,they went the extra mile ....Thank you for the lenses they are beautiful!! I will be shopping with you guys again.
