I think this company are profiteering off returns
I think this company are profiteering. They charge exessive amounts for delivery and are profiting off it. They charge at least £5 per item, yet they all come crushed into one box. Then to return it cost of £20 despite, again, it all being in one box. I was informed by a Post Office employee that this was way over what I would pay myself as an individual person sending this item, and that doenst even consider the cost these companies actually pay with their pre-paid agreements and posting contracts. Their customer service is beyond poor, ignoring emails for 15 days, and the quality of their items isn't great - it's not high quality, but cheap looking, and they are all delivery squished into small cheap packaging causing them to pour out of their bags and be delivered crumpled.
