Very poor product/refund refusal/SCAM
I've ordered a watch, the delivery was quite fast, but the product is not as good as they are saying. My watch never worked. I sent several e-mails because I wanted to send the watch back and obtain a refundment. They send me some advices and a video, but I just wanted a formular to send the watch back. Finally, the told me : "Unfortunately the item is no longer under warranty, as more than 6 months have passed since you placed this order. We have tried to reach you for 3 months, starting with October 2015. However, you can have the watch serviced by any local jeweler/watch repairman. It's recommended to avoid big jewelery stores or authorized dealers as they are reluctant when it comes to replica watches." How nice! Very expensive product and horrible quality. STAY AWAY FROM PERFECTWATCHES.CN AND THEIR OTHER SITES !!!
