Excellent service from engineer
We were having problems with our battery not charging. This battery was only 6 months old after the previous one had failed. This could not be resolved remotely so the engineer came out within a couple of days and replaced some connectors. Unfortunately this did not resolve the problem so the motherboard was replaced on the next visit. However, when it was evident that this was also not the issue, the battery was removed. A replacement battery was installed at the next visit. Let’s hope it lasts longer than the last one! The engineer was very helpful and kept us fully informed with what was happening. He always tried to find a mutually convenient time to visit. Can’t fault his service.
